I find it amazing how many things I find myself willing to do when it comes time for me to study. As I type this I am sitting in the Student Senate office, avoiding the pending reality that I must go back to studying Marketing, as is necessary for a test I have later today. I tidey up the other Senate desks around, played a game of tetris (sp) on my phone, and flipped through my planner to check what was on my upcoming schedule. In addition to all of that, I've failed to report what I did last night in avoidance of further procrastinating my studying.
I watched Johnny Depp's retake on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory last night. Nik was a good boyfriend and claimed he even enjoyed it. It was VERY different from the original, and being the age that I am I was able to laugh at the differances between the two. So when Johnny Depp claimed in an interview that he wasn't basing the Wonka character off Michael Jackson, he was obviously protecting himself, because I saw no way of avoiding the similarities. The inability to say "parents", the desire to not be touched, and the voice and what not in general was hard to not coorolate.
Today appears to be a busyish day for me. Lunch with Nik @ 11, Marketing test, Post Season Cross Country meeting with Coach, Run w/ the girls, Shower and maybe a quick dinner, Class, and then off to evaluate the CSO program for Senate, only to return back to the apartment to avoid studying for a test that I have tomorrow night.
The weekend is coming, but not quite quick enough. More to come at a later date...
